I was going very well and then I got lazy. I could blame it on being lazy but running an hour a day is most definitely feasible – so I really have no excuse.. just that I got lazy. So here I am, essentially starting from scratch. I have not been recently following the schedule posted on the refrigerator but then again I haven’t been doing that for months. I have just a little over 1 month to fully prepare for this…. shouldn’t be a problem.
